Treatment can only be accessed through a scheduled appointment to ensure smooth processing and availability of the healthcare provider. Walk-ins are generally not supported through DoctorMoni.

Payment and Billing FAQ

Payments are processed directly through the DoctorMoni app using secure payment methods such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or in-app wallet.

You will be notified in the app to top up your wallet. Appointments cannot be confirmed until the required funds are available.

DoctorMoni charges a yearly service fee. This fee will be retained in the user wallet as a minimum balance at all times before completing any transactions. The same applies to other payment channels as well.

At the appointment, once consultation is completed, the healthcare provider will submit a treatment bill via the DoctorMoni portal. You will receive a notification to review and approve the bill before treatment, and payment is automatically processed after authorization.

After each payment, an electronic receipt with the transaction reference and date/time stamp will be available in the app. You can view or download it from your transaction history.
